Getting help
If something is not working or you have a question, this page shows how to raise a support ticket and what to include so we can resolve it quickly.
Before opening a ticket, a quick check often saves time:
- Integration issue? See Troubleshooting for the most common connection, authentication, and rate-limit problems.
- API stability question? See Beta for current status and the breaking-change policy.
Raising a support ticket
- Open the ticket. Email support@aimable.ai. Your message creates a ticket and you receive a ticket reference in the reply.
- Follow up. Reply on the same email thread to add information or screenshots — it keeps everything attached to the same ticket.
What to include
When reaching out for help, include the following to speed up resolution:
- Your organisation name or account identifier (your
<your-tenant>subdomain) - The API endpoint and method you are calling (for example
POST /v1/chat/completions) - The full error response, including the
X-Request-Idresponse header - Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any relevant code snippets, with API keys redacted
The more context you provide, the faster we can help.
Never include live API keys or secrets in a ticket. Share only the
key_idprefix if a specific key is relevant.
Response times
We aim to respond within one business day. Issues affecting a production integration are prioritised.
